Maintenance & owner statements
Maintenance jobs of the managed properties (the property, the work, the contractor, the cost and who pays it: the owner, the tenant or the agency) and each landlord's statement for a period: the rent instalments cleared, less the agency's management fee at the contract's %, less the repairs charged to the owner, equals the net due to the owner. Part of the Maintenance & owner statements add-on.
Steps
- Log each repair in Real estate → Maintenance: pick the tenancy (the property and landlord are filled in), the work, the contractor, the cost and who pays it.
- Open Owner statements, pick the landlord and the days: the tiles show the rent collected, the management fee, the owner's maintenance and the net due.
- Print the statement and pay the owner the net.
Tips
- Only cleared instalments count as collected; a bounced cheque is not.
