Fuel dashboard
A petrol station's figures for a period: the litres of fuel sold, the revenue, the profit and the margin per litre of each fuel, the shop's share, the fuel in stock and the days it lasts at the period's pace; with the Forecourt add-on also the tank gauges, the dip losses, the low tanks, the litres on the meters against the litres invoiced, the cash short or over and the litres per nozzle.
Steps
- Pick the period at the top: a month, a range, a year or specific dates.
- Press a tank gauge to open its dips, or a meter tile to open the sheets.
Tips
- Fuel is any product sold by the litre; returns are taken off and prices are before VAT.
- This dashboard is only for stores whose business category is Petrol Station; other stores are taken to the business dashboard.
