Waiting-time report
For any period: the tokens taken, served, not come and cancelled; the wait from the token to the first call and the service time from the call to served, by service, by counter and by the hour the token was taken. Part of the Token & counter add-on.
Steps
- Open Token & counter → Waiting-time report; it opens on the last seven days. Change From and To for another period.
- The top line shows the tokens, the share served and not come, the average and median wait and the average service time.
- By service and By counter show where people waited longest and which desk served fastest; By the hour taken shows the busy hours, amber when the average wait passed 20 minutes.
Tips
- A counter's figures count the tokens it called, also those it then transferred.
