Steps

  1. Choose the period with the period picker: Single date, Date range, Single month, Month range or Year. Every figure and chart follows it.
  2. Read the KPI cards on the Overview tab (Net revenue, Total expense, profit, Total orders, Avg order value, Return rate); each shows the change vs previous period.
  3. Click the ⓘ button on a card or box to open its breakdown table, then export it as CSV, Print / PDF or share it on WhatsApp.
  4. Check the VAT box: Output VAT on sales minus Input VAT on purchases & expenses gives VAT payable (or VAT refundable) for the period.
  5. Use the alert tiles (Low / out of stock, Pending approval, ZATCA failed, Overdue > 30 days) to jump straight to the filtered list.
  6. Open the Revenue, Payments, Products & Inventory and Customers & Finance tabs for P&L, collections, Stock health, Outstanding receivables and the Balance sheet. A business that sells no goods sees a Services tab with its top services and no stock figures.
  7. Use the quick actions at the top (New sale, Quotation, Purchase, Expense, Customer) to create a document without leaving the dashboard flow.

Tips

  • Revenue and profit are shown ex-VAT; gross sales and the Last 12 months chart include VAT.
  • Refresh reloads the figures; Recompute rebuilds the monthly totals from every invoice, return, purchase and expense — use it after importing or correcting old records.
  • The VAT box only appears when the store has a VAT number and a VAT percent above zero (Store settings).
  • The Salary balance box appears only when the HR module is turned on in Store settings → Settings.
  • Cash and bank in the Balance sheet start from your Opening balances; enter them in Store settings so the sheet is correct.
  • The period you choose is remembered on this device. Figures cover the current store only — switch store to see another branch.
  • The Balance sheet and Cash & bank follow the period you pick: the sheet is as of the period's last day, and money in and out is the period's own. Signed in to your store, they add up every ledger posting from the store's first day.
