Butcher dashboard
A butcher shop's figures for a period: the meat sold by the kilo, its revenue and gross profit, the meat in stock by weight and the top cuts; with the Carcass costing add-on also the carcasses bought, their average yield, the kilos lost (cutting waste, shrink and the waste log), the profit on the cuts, the figures by animal and the profit on each carcass.
Steps
- Pick the period at the top: a month, a range, a year or specific dates.
- Press a carcass tile to open its list, or a carcass row to open it.
Tips
- Only items sold by the kilo count; returns are taken off and prices are before VAT.
- This dashboard is only for stores whose business category is Butcher Shop; other stores are taken to the business dashboard.
