Accessories dashboard
A car accessories and modifications shop's figures for a period: the goods and the fitting work (tint, film, coating, fitting) sold with their gross profit and margin, the fitting work's share of the sales, the sales of each section (interior, electronics, audio, lighting …), the top ten items, and the stock now: what it is worth, the items out of stock or at their minimum (the reorder list, best sellers first) and the stock that did not sell in the period.
Steps
- Pick the period at the top: a month, a range, a year or specific dates.
- Read “Goods and fitting work” to see how much of the sales come from the bay; sell tint, film and fitting as services so they count there.
- Use the reorder list to order the items that are out or at their minimum, and the idle stock figure to clear what is not selling.
Tips
- Sales are the sale lines less returns, before VAT, at the cost price when sold. Fitting work is the services sold.
