Car accessories POS

The counter of a car accessories and modifications shop: interior, cameras and electronics, audio, lighting, exterior and body kits, wheels and tyres and car care on their own tabs, the vehicle picker to show what fits the customer's car, and the fitting bay's tint, film, coating and fitting jobs sold as services with a job card.

Steps

  1. Scan or type a "Part no., OEM no., name or barcode", or pick a tab such as Lighting or Audio.
  2. Tap "Vehicle" and pick the make, model and year, or find the customer's car by plate; turn on "Fitting only" to see the mats, wheels, bulbs and kits that fit it.
  3. Add the fitting from the "Fitting & film work" tab: window tint, paint protection film, ceramic coating, wraps, electronics or audio fitting.
  4. To book the car into the bay, tap "Send to workshop", describe the work and "Create job card".
  5. Tap "Pay"; fleets and dealers can pay "On account". A customer with a VAT number gets a B2B tax invoice.

Tips

  • The Accessories dashboard shows the goods and the fitting work sold, the top items and what to reorder.
  • Brand names describe the goods only; the starter catalog carries no logos.
