Cafeteria (kafteria) POS

Neighbourhood kafteria counter: shawarma, broast, sandwiches, juices and karak on big fast tiles, car-side orders with plate and colour, an order numbers board, phone and delivery-app orders, meal upsell and same-again.

Steps

  1. Choose the order type: "Counter order", "Car order", "Phone order" or a delivery app.
  2. Tap a tile to add it; hold a tile for options.
  3. When asked "Make it a meal?", tap "Make it a meal" to add fries and a drink, or "No thanks".
  4. For a car order, enter the plate letters, number, make and colour under "Where is it parked?" and "Save car".
  5. For app orders, enter the "App order number" and tap "Send · paid on app".
  6. On "Orders", move each order from "Preparing" to "Ready"; tap "Call" for counter orders or take it out to the car.

Tips

  • "Same again" re-adds the last order in one tap.
  • The order number shows on the customer screen and the receipt.
  • "Cars outside" counts cars waiting — serve them in order.
