Steps

  1. Scan or type a "Part no., OEM no., name or barcode": a genuine number finds the genuine part, and its aftermarket alternative lists it under OEM / cross-reference numbers.
  2. Tap "Vehicle": the make is already chosen, pick the model and year, or find the customer's car by plate; turn on "Fitting only".
  3. Open "Part details" for stock by warehouse, rack, the part number and the in-stock alternatives.
  4. Tap "Pay"; garages and fleets can pay "On account". A customer with a VAT number gets a B2B tax invoice.

Tips

  • Set each part's Class to Genuine or Aftermarket on the product form: the Spare parts dashboard shows the sales and profit of each.
  • Brand names describe the parts only; the starter catalog carries no logos.
