Kerala ladies boutique POS

India: kasavu sarees, set mundu, churidar and kurtis by size, blouse stitching with neck, sleeve, lining and padding styles, saree fall and pre-pleating, trial dates and the balance at delivery.

Steps

  1. Tap "New order" and "Choose or add customer".
  2. Pick "Self" or a "Family member", tap the card (for example "Blouse" or "Shirt / kurta"), enter the measurements in inches and "Save card".
  3. Tap a garment, choose its styles, the customer's cloth or shop cloth and the quantity, then Save.
  4. Under "Urgency, capacity & delivery", choose Normal, 48 hours or 24 hours, a delivery day and, if needed, a "Trial" date.
  5. Tap "Add order to cart", then "Take advance" (cash, UPI or card) or "Pay in full".
  6. In "Boutique", tap sarees, set mundu or accessories; churidar, lehenga and kids wear ask for the size. "Saree fall & pico" and pre-pleating are one-tap services.
  7. In "Orders", move each job from Received to Cutting, Stitching, Trial and Ready, choose the tailor, send the WhatsApp ready note and "Deliver" to collect the balance.

Tips

  • Days marked "Full" have no capacity left; set the pieces finished per day in Store settings → POS terminal.
  • Measurement cards are saved on the customer, per family member, for the next visit.
  • The order slip prints in English and Malayalam; the customer brings it for trial and delivery.
