Acupuncture Clinic POS

For acupuncture and cupping clinics: consultations, acupuncture by the session, wet and dry cupping (hijama), moxibustion, tui na and other therapies, with the patient, the practitioner and the next session on the invoice, and session packages followed on a Treatment plans board.

Steps

  1. Pick a tab (Consultations, Acupuncture, Cupping & hijama, Other therapies, Session packages) and tap the treatment.
  2. Type the patient's name and, if you like, the practitioner and the next session date, then tap Add. Only these go on the invoice line, never a diagnosis.
  3. For a session package, enter the first session date (and the end date if the package expires), then take payment as usual.
  4. Open "Treatment plans" to move each paid package: In treatment, All sessions done, Closed (or Cancelled).

Tips

  • Change the prices and add your own treatments under Services; each tab is a service category.
  • Keep each practitioner's licence in Documents with its expiry date, so you are reminded before it lapses.
