Gaming lounge (Kochi) POS

PS5, PC, VR and sim lounge in Kerala: live stations with timers, snack tabs, hour packs on a membership card, student rate, birthday and combo packages, tournaments — GST bill with mixed rates and UPI.

Steps

  1. On "Stations", tap a free station, set the time and "Players / controllers", then "Start timer".
  2. For students, tick "Student rate" after checking the college ID.
  3. Add snacks and drinks to the station tab from "Snacks".
  4. Tap "Stop & bill"; members can "Use membership hours".
  5. Tap "Pay" — UPI first, or cash, card or udhaar.

Tips

  • The GST bill splits gaming time, snacks and other items into their own GST rows (18% / 40% / 5%).
  • Sell hour packs and birthday / combo packages under "Members".
  • Tournament entries are added from "Tournaments".
