Hotel & resort POS

For hotels and resorts: villas, chalets and resort rooms by the night with the guest, room, dates and channel, meal plans, activities and excursions, spa, cabanas and day passes, restaurants and transfers charged to the room, and a Stays board.

Steps

  1. On Villas & chalets or Resort rooms, tap the villa or room type and type the guest, room no., check-in and check-out dates and the booking channel.
  2. Add a meal plan with the room no., and book an activity with the guest and the date.
  3. Day passes and cabanas sell to walk-in visitors too; type a room no. to charge them to a guest.
  4. Open "Stays" to move each stay from Booked to In house to Checked out.

Tips

  • The hotel dashboard, room rack and folios work the same for villas as for rooms.
