Kerala tea shop & cool bar POS

Kozhikode chayakkada and cool bar: chaya and snacks, breakfast, meals, Friday biriyani, shakes and falooda with a time-slot menu, regulars' pattu book, parcel, tokens, UPI and online orders, GST 5%.

Steps

  1. Pick the "Time of day" — the menu shows what is served "Now" (breakfast, meals, tea snacks); "Friday special" appears on Fridays.
  2. Choose "Dine-in" or "Parcel", or enter the "Online order number" for app orders.
  3. Tap items to add them; the token number prints on the bill.
  4. Tap "Pay" and take cash, UPI or card.
  5. For a regular, add the customer, then "Pay → Credit (udhaar)" to write it in the "Pattu book".
  6. On "Tokens", move each token from "Making" to "Ready · serve".

Tips

  • Open the "Pattu book (udhaar)" to see what each regular owes and tap "Settle" when they pay (many pay weekly).
  • Food is billed at GST 5%; bills stay in this terminal's "Bills" book.
