Boofiya / cafeteria POS

Kerala and Arabic food on one counter: ful, tamees and mutabbaq beside puttu, porotta and beef fry, shawarma and broast, biryani and kabsa, karak, Sulaimani and fresh juices. Saudi Arabia only.

Steps

  1. Choose "Dine-in", "Takeaway" or "Delivery". For dine-in pick a seat at the "Counter", in the "Men's section" or "Family section", or a "Car service" place for orders taken to the car.
  2. The time board shows what is served "Now" and "Next": breakfast from fajr, lunch, tea time and dinner.
  3. Tap shawarma to choose extra garlic, spicy, no pickles, cheese or saj bread; tap broast to choose a quarter, half or full chicken.
  4. Tap mutabbaq to choose the filling, and karak or chai to make it strong, less sugar or no sugar.
  5. Tap "Kitchen" to send tickets to the Kitchen, Shawarma & broast, Porotta & mutabbaq and Tea & juice stations.
  6. Tap "Bill", "Split" if needed, then "Pay".

Tips

  • Kerala dishes show their Malayalam name on the time board next to the English and Arabic names.
  • New boofiya stores start with this menu at Saudi prices (VAT included); change prices or add dishes in Products.
  • Every bill is a ZATCA simplified tax invoice with 15% VAT.
