Dental Clinic POS

For dental clinics: examinations and X-rays, cleaning, fillings, root canals, extractions and implants, crowns, bridges and dentures, braces, aligners and whitening, with the patient, the dentist and the tooth number on the invoice, and braces and aligner treatments followed on a Treatment plans board.

Steps

  1. Pick a tab (Examinations & X-rays, Cleaning & prevention, Fillings, Root canals, Extractions & implants, Crowns, bridges & dentures, Braces & aligners, Whitening & veneers) and tap the treatment.
  2. Type the patient's name, the dentist and the tooth number (FDI: 11 to 48 for adult teeth, 51 to 85 for a child's), then tap Add. Treatments priced per tooth count the teeth: two fillings are a quantity of 2.
  3. For braces or aligners, enter the date they are fitted (and when the treatment should end), then take payment as usual.
  4. Open "Treatment plans" to move each paid treatment: In treatment, Retention, Finished (or Cancelled).

Tips

  • Change the prices and add your own treatments under Services; each tab is a service category.
  • With the Dental chart add-on, each patient's file shows a chart of the teeth with what was found and what was done on each tooth.
  • Keep each dentist's licence in Documents with its expiry date, so you are reminded before it lapses.
