Interior design studio POS

Fit-out studio: room-by-room quotations with Standard / Premium / Luxury tiers and mood swatches, design services, and 50 / 40 / 10 payment milestones invoiced as ZATCA tax invoices.

Steps

  1. Choose the client first.
  2. On "Quotation", start by adding rooms; each room gets a typical scope — adjust area, items and quantities.
  3. Pick the "Finish tier" (Standard, Premium, Luxury) and the "Mood & finishes" swatches.
  4. Add "Design services": design fee, 3D renders and supervision months.
  5. Check the "Quotation total" and "Valid until", then "Sign & invoice 50%".
  6. Later, under "Projects & milestones", invoice the next milestone (40%, then 10%) when due.

Tips

  • Prices are excl. VAT; 15% is added on each milestone invoice.
  • Milestones are paid by bank transfer, card, on account or cash.
