Medical Clinic POS

For medical clinics and polyclinics: GP, specialist and paediatric consultations, procedures, laboratory tests, X-ray and ultrasound, dental work and health-check packages, with the patient and the doctor on the invoice, and health checks and care plans followed on a Care plans board.

Steps

  1. Pick a tab (Consultations, Procedures, Laboratory, X-ray & ultrasound, Dental, Health checks & care plans) and tap the service.
  2. Type the patient's name and, if you like, the doctor and the date the results are ready or the next visit, then tap Add. Only these go on the invoice line, never a diagnosis.
  3. For a health check or care plan, enter the start date (and the end date for a plan of several months), then take payment as usual.
  4. Open "Care plans" to move each paid one: In progress, Results given, Closed (or Cancelled).

Tips

  • Change the prices and add your own services under Services; each tab is a service category.
  • Keep each doctor's and nurse's licence in Documents with its expiry date, so you are reminded before it lapses.
