Ladies atelier POS

Ladies-only tailoring: abayas, jalabiyas, Najdi marodan, evening and wedding dresses from a style gallery, embroidery by area, private measurements, fitting appointments and deposits with Tabby / Tamara.

Steps

  1. Tap "New order" and "Choose or add customer".
  2. Tap "Take measurements" and "Save card" — measurements are kept private.
  3. Under "Design the piece", choose a style from the gallery, fabric, lining, sleeves and embellishment by area, then "Save piece"; use "Add another piece" for more.
  4. If the customer brought a photo, tick it and add the reference note.
  5. Under "Fittings & delivery", "Book first and final fitting" and the delivery day.
  6. Tap "Add order to cart", then "Take deposit" or "Pay in full" — Tabby / Tamara are available.
  7. At delivery, "Find order" and tap "Collect balance & deliver".

Tips

  • One tax invoice covers the whole order; the balance stays open until delivery.
  • Tabby / Tamara pay the atelier now; the customer pays them in instalments.
  • Check "Fittings today" at the start of each day.
