Choosing a POS terminal

Pick the touch-screen terminal that matches your business. Saudi terminals save every sale as a ZATCA tax invoice in StartERP; Indian terminals bill in rupees with GST, UPI and udhaar.

Steps

  1. Choose the market at the top: "All markets", "Saudi Arabia" or "India". The number shows how many terminals each has.
  2. Tap a sector to narrow the list: Retail, Food & drink, Fashion & tailoring, Beauty & grooming, Automotive, B2B, projects & services, or Hospitality & leisure.
  3. Or type in "Find a business type" to search by name or description in English or Arabic.
  4. Check the badge on each card: "KSA · SAR" or "India · ₹", and the feature tags under the description.
  5. Tap a card to open that terminal in full screen.
  6. Use "Back to ERP" to return to the dashboard, or the language button to switch English / Arabic.

Tips

  • Your market and sector choice is remembered on this device.
  • From any screen in the app, tap the round POS terminal button in the bottom corner (just above the StartAI button) to open this list. Tap its "–" badge to tuck it into a small tab on the screen's edge, and tap the tab to bring it back; the choice is kept on this device. The button shows only to users who may open the POS terminal.
  • Inside any terminal, tap its name in the top-left corner to come back to this list.
  • Bookmark a terminal (for example /pos/grocery) on the cashier tablet so it opens directly.
