Textile & tailoring POS

Fabric shop: thobe, abaya and suiting fabric cut by the metre with colour swatches, plus thobe and abaya tailoring orders with saved measurements and deposits.

Steps

  1. Tap a fabric, choose the colour and enter the metres to cut.
  2. Tap "New tailoring order", choose the garment and fabric, and pick the customer.
  3. Enter "Measurements (cm)" or load them "From last visit"; add "Notes for the tailor".
  4. Choose the delivery: "Standard · 7 days" or "Express · 3 days", and check the "Delivery date".
  5. Tap "Pay deposit" to take a deposit now, or "Pay in full".
  6. Open "Tailoring jobs" to follow open orders and collect the balance on delivery.

Tips

  • A deposit needs a named customer — the balance stays on their account.
  • Measurements are saved on the customer for the next visit.
  • Overdue jobs are highlighted in the jobs list.
