Ayurveda Hospital POS

For Ayurveda hospitals and Panchakarma centres: Vaidya consultations, Panchakarma procedures, Kerala therapies (Abhyangam, Kizhi, Shirodhara, Pizhichil), room and ward stays by the day, treatment packages and the hospital's own medicines, with the patient, the Vaidya and the therapist on each line, and stays and packages followed on an Inpatients & courses board.

Steps

  1. Pick a tab (Consultations, Panchakarma, Kerala therapies, Inpatient stay, Treatment packages, Medicines) and tap the item.
  2. Type the patient and, if you like, the Vaidya or the therapist; for a stay or a package enter the first day and the last day, then tap Add. Only these go on the invoice line, never a diagnosis.
  3. Enter the days of a stay as the quantity (a 10-day private room is 10), then take payment as usual, or bill the stay on account and settle at discharge.
  4. Open "Inpatients & courses" to move each stay or package: Admitted / in treatment, Discharged, Closed (or Cancelled).

Tips

  • Watch the patients in house, the courses in treatment, the arrivals and the overdue stays, and each therapist's sessions, on the Ayurveda dashboard.
  • In India, consultations, therapies and stays of a clinical establishment are GST-exempt and Ayurvedic medicines are at 5%: the starter catalogue sets both. Keep the AYUSH drug licence and each Vaidya's registration in Documents with their expiry dates.
