Turkish restaurant POS

Meze and soups, pide and lahmacun from the stone oven, kebabs off the ocakbaşı grill, döner, home-style mains, künefe and baklava, Turkish tea and coffee. Tables in the main hall, the family room and on the terrace, with takeaway and delivery.

Steps

  1. Tap a table in the "Main hall", the "Family room" or on the "Terrace" and enter the guests, or choose "Takeaway" or "Delivery".
  2. Tap a kebab and pick its side (rice pilaf, bulgur, fries or lavash); pide asks for extras, the mixed grill for 1, 2 or 4 persons, Turkish coffee for its sugar.
  3. Tap "Kitchen" to send kebabs to the ocakbaşı grill, pide and lahmacun to the stone oven, the rest to the kitchen and tea and coffee to the bar.
  4. Tap "Bill", then "Pay".

Tips

  • With the Kitchen production add-on, season the Adana mince, marinate the tavuk şiş and cook the rice pilaf in batches against a par for each weekday.
  • New Turkish restaurants start with this menu (Saudi prices, VAT included, converted for other countries); change prices or add dishes in Products.
