Flooring & matting POS

Flooring and matting shop for retail and wholesale: carpet, vinyl and SPC, laminate and wood, rugs, mats, artificial grass and sports flooring sold by the m², roll, box or piece, with a Retail / Trade price switch for dealers and contractors, cut and bulk orders and fitting jobs on an Orders board.

Steps

  1. Pick Retail or Trade at the top: Trade adds each item at its wholesale price for dealers, contractors and designers. Tap an item and type the m², rolls or boxes.
  2. For a cut-to-size or bulk order, a custom rug or a fitting job, tap it under Cut & bulk orders or Measuring & fitting, type the agreed price and enter the customer, the site and the promised day.
  3. Take the deposit as a part payment, then move the order on the Orders board: At the supplier, Ready, then Delivered / installed.
  4. With the Showroom orders & fittings add-on, Sales → Showroom orders lists every open order by its promised day, the overdue ones first, and the balance still to collect.

Tips

  • Set the trade price on each product (Wholesale price); items without one keep the retail price in Trade mode.
  • Each product shows its use class, size or thickness and material under its name.
  • Category and brand tabs show pictures; upload your own on the product, category or brand to replace the default ones.
