Steps

  1. Choose the order type at the top: "Dine-in", "Takeaway" or "Delivery".
  2. For dine-in, tap a free table on "Tables", answer "How many guests?" and tap "Start order"; tap an occupied table to open its order.
  3. Tap dishes on the "Menu"; dishes marked "Options" ask for portion, modifiers and a note (e.g. no onions).
  4. Tap "Kitchen" to send new lines as a kitchen ticket (KOT) to each station; sent lines are marked "Sent".
  5. For delivery, tap "Add delivery details": order source (phone or app), app order number, driver and address.
  6. Tap "Bill" to mark the table as "Bill requested", then "Split" to pay "Equally" or "By items" if needed.
  7. Tap "Pay", add an optional tip, and take payment; the table is freed when the bill is fully paid.

Tips

  • Items added after a ticket go on the next ticket — tap "Kitchen" again; the button shows how many are unsent.
  • "Switch table" leaves the order open and returns to the map; "Free table" clears an empty table.
  • When paying "By items", the rest of the bill stays open on the table; "Undo" puts it back.
  • The tip goes to the staff tip box and is not part of the tax invoice.
  • In India: set a voluntary service charge in Store settings → POS terminal (0 = not offered). It is never added by itself: on a dine-in bill tap "Service charge (guest agreed)" only when the guest agrees, and the × takes it off. GST is charged on it and it prints as its own line.
  • In India: a delivery order whose source is an app (Swiggy, Zomato …) is billed without GST, because the app charges and pays it under section 9(5) of the CGST Act; the bill says so. Phone orders keep their GST.
