Thobe tailoring POS

Men's tailor: multi-thobe orders with collar, cuff, placket and pocket design, saved measurement cards, express and Eid-rush capacity calendar, deposits and pickup balance.

Steps

  1. Tap "New order" and "Choose or add customer".
  2. Tap "Take measurements", fill the "Measurement card" and "Save card".
  3. In "Thobe design", choose collar, cuff, placket and pockets, the fabric ("Shop fabric" or the customer's own) and quantity, then "Save design"; use "Add another design" for more styles.
  4. Under "Service, capacity & pickup", pick the service and "Pick a pickup day" from the capacity calendar.
  5. Tap "Add order to cart", then "Take deposit" (50% is suggested) or "Pay in full".
  6. At pickup, use "Find order" by order no. or mobile, then "Collect balance & hand over".

Tips

  • Days marked "Full" have no capacity left — offer the next free day.
  • When the customer brings fabric, only the tailoring fee is charged; check about 3.5 m per thobe.
  • Print the "Customer stub" for the customer to bring at pickup.
