Steps

  1. Pick the customer account, or tap "Walk-in customer" for a buyer at the counter.
  2. Filter by category, brand, standard / protection, size and material, enter the quantity and tap the item. A product kept in sizes asks for the size.
  3. On a line tap "Lot / S/N" to write the batch number and expiry (masks, filters, first aid) or the serial number (harness, extinguisher, gas detector); they print on the invoice line. Tick "Cert" when the buyer needs the CE certificate or declaration of conformity.
  4. Add the customer PO, project and delivery site, then "Invoice"; or switch to a quotation for a tender and convert it later.

Tips

  • Items short in stock get an "RFQ" to your suppliers in one tap.
  • With the Batch & expiry add-on the expiry board shows the masks, filters and kits that expire soon; with Serial numbers each harness or extinguisher shows as in stock or sold; with Colour & size variants gloves, boots and coveralls keep each size's stock; PPE certificates keeps each product's CE / UKCA certificate and its expiry.
  • The Health & safety dashboard shows sales by section and brand, services and testing against goods, top accounts and what they owe. Brand names describe the goods only; the starter catalog carries no logos.
