Steps

  1. On "Services", pick a tab (Typing & e-services, Visa & residency, ID cards & medical, Labour & work permits, Business setup & licences, Attestation & translation, Insurance, Printing & copying) and tap a service.
  2. Fill in the applicant's details: name, passport or ID number, and the company for labour and licence services. Fields marked * are required. Printing and copying go straight to the bill.
  3. Set the number of documents, pages or sets with + and −, then tap Add.
  4. Tap "Add customer" for the client company or person, then "Pay": cash, card, Apple Pay, bank transfer, Tabby or on account.
  5. At the bottom of the payment screen, "Default print format" is the format every sale prints in; a manager changes it there and it is saved at once.
  6. Tap the settings icon next to it to open the Print Center: set the paper, template, language, printer and copies over a preview of this bill, then "Save as default": you are back on the same sale.
  7. Tap "Save & print" (saved and printed in the default format) or "Save". Open "Files" to follow each visa, ID card, work permit, licence and attestation: Received, Submitted, Approved, Delivered (or Rejected).

Tips

  • The services and their names follow the store's country: Amer, Tasheel and ICP in the UAE, Absher, Qiwa and Muqeem in Saudi Arabia, and so on, at the country's prices and VAT.
  • The Print Center opened from the payment screen only previews: the sale is not saved yet, so it prints from Save & print.
  • A store administrator's default applies to this terminal on every device; a manager's to their own till. Cashiers see the default but cannot change it.
  • The applicant details print on the invoice line next to the service. Files are saved on their invoice, so every device of the store sees the same board.
