Steps

  1. Pick the contractor or painter account, or tap "Walk-in customer" for a buyer at the counter.
  2. Filter by category, brand, finish, can size and base, enter the quantity and tap the base paint.
  3. On the line tap "Tint" to write the colour code and name (RAL, NCS, BS or the fan deck); with the Tint formulas add-on it lists the customer’s saved colours and shows the ml of each tint for that can size, and "Save as a formula" keeps a new one. Tap "Batch" for the batch (shade) number of the base, so a touch-up can matches the first cans.
  4. Add the customer PO, project and site, then "Invoice"; or switch to a quotation for a contractor's job and convert it later.

Tips

  • The colour and the batch print on the invoice line, and the receipt lists the tinted cans.
  • With the Batch & expiry add-on each paint's batches and shelf life show on the expiry board; Tint formulas keeps every customer's colours with the cost of base + tints against the price, and warns of colours sold below cost or on a thin margin.
  • The Paint store dashboard shows sales by section and brand, tinting and services against goods, top contractors and what they owe. Brand names describe the goods only; the starter catalog carries no logos.
