Indian men's tailoring POS

Kozhikode gents tailor: shirt, pant, kurta, suit, sherwani and bulk uniform stitching with style options, a measurement card, trial and delivery dates, urgent surcharge, festival-rush capacity, advance now / balance as udhaar and an order book. GST 5% (SAC 998821).

Steps

  1. Tap a garment and "Choose customer (required)".
  2. Fill the "Measurement card (inches)" or load it "From last visit"; it is saved for next time.
  3. Choose the cloth: the customer's own or "Shop fabric…" with the metres; add a "Note for the cutter".
  4. Under "Trial & delivery", pick the "Trial date" and "Delivery date"; choose "Urgent 48 h · +25%" or "Urgent 24 h · +50%" if needed.
  5. Tap "Add to order", then "Pay" and take the advance; the rest stays as "Balance due (udhaar)".
  6. Give the "ORDER SLIP" with the token number for trial and pickup.
  7. At pickup, search by token no., bill no. or mobile in "Order book" and tap "Collect & deliver".

Tips

  • The workshop load for the next 14 days is shown; "Over capacity — offer the next day".
  • Bulk uniforms get lower rates from 20 and 50 pieces.
  • Use "Alterations" for quick fixes billed on the spot.
