Gaming lounge POS

PlayStation, PC, VR and racing-sim lounge: live stations board with timers and running charge, pause / move, snack tabs per station, hour packs on a membership card, tournaments and party packages.

Steps

  1. On "Stations", tap a free station, choose the time (open time or a fixed slot) and "Players / controllers", then "Start timer".
  2. Watch the running charge; use "Pause" / "Resume", or "Move to another station" (time so far is kept at the old rate).
  3. On "Snacks", add drinks and food to a station tab ("Charge to").
  4. Tap "Stop & bill" — played time and the station tab are added to the bill.
  5. For members, tick "Use membership hours" to deduct from their hour balance.
  6. Tap "Pay" and take cash, Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay or card.

Tips

  • Sell "Hour packs" under "Members" — "Create card" with the member's mobile first.
  • Stations show "Ending" and "Time up" so you can offer an extension.
  • On "Tournaments", "Register player" and "Add entry to bill"; a full bracket is marked "Bracket full".
  • Use "Reserve" to hold a station for an arrival time; "Check in" when the guest arrives.
