Digital Signage POS

For digital signage companies: LED walls by the square metre, commercial displays and video walls, kiosks and totems, media players, CMS licences and content, mounts and structures, and installation, AMC and rental work with the client and the site on the invoice line, followed on a Jobs board to handover.

Steps

  1. Scan a screen, player or mount, or tap it on its tab. For an LED wall, set the square metres in the quantity.
  2. On Installation & projects, AMC & support and Screen rental, tap the service and type the client and the site; a rental also takes its set-up and strike dates, an AMC visit the screen's serial number.
  3. "Pay": cash, card, bank transfer or on account for company clients.
  4. Open "Jobs" to move each installation, AMC visit or rental: Scheduled, On site, Installed / done, Handed over (or Cancelled).

Tips

  • On the product form, Pixel pitch, Screen size and Brightness take the place of class, size and material.
  • The Signage dashboard splits your sales into screens and hardware, installation and projects, AMC, CMS and content, and rental.
