Indian auto parts POS

Kerala parts counter for cars and two-wheelers: fitment by make, model, fuel and year, MRP with mechanic and wholesale tiers, counter + godown stock, other brands when out of stock, battery / tyre warranty, old-battery exchange, garage udhaar and GST bills.

Steps

  1. "Pick a vehicle or scan a part number": filter by make · model · fuel · year and turn on "Fitting only".
  2. Choose the "Price tier" (MRP, mechanic or wholesale) for the customer.
  3. Check "Counter" and "Godown" stock; tap "Pick from godown" when the counter is empty.
  4. If out of stock, sell from "Alternative brands in stock" or add it to the "Order from distributor" list.
  5. For batteries and tyres, enter the serial / DOT code for the warranty; tick "Old battery exchange" for scrap credit.
  6. Tap "Pay" and take cash, UPI, card or "Udhaar" for garages within their limit.

Tips

  • Use "Collect udhaar payment" to record a garage's payment and send a WhatsApp receipt.
  • "Credit limit reached — udhaar blocked": collect payment first.
  • Inter-state goods over ₹50,000 need an e-way bill before dispatch; another state is billed with IGST.
  • "Reorder" lists low-stock parts to send to distributors.
