Bakery & sweets POS

Breads, croissants and fatayer at the counter, cakes by the slice or whole, Arabic sweets by the box, celebration cakes with their flavour and writing, and coffee from the bar. Most sales are takeaway; the café corner and terrace have tables.

Steps

  1. Choose "Takeaway" for counter sales, or "Dine-in" and a table in the "Café corner" or on the "Terrace".
  2. Tap a croissant or pastry to have it warmed; tap kunafa, basbousa, luqaimat or baklava to pick the 250 g, 500 g or 1 kg box.
  3. Tap a cheesecake, date cake or chocolate cake to sell a "Slice" or the "Whole cake".
  4. In "Celebration cakes", choose the flavour and the writing on the cake.
  5. Tap "Kitchen" to send tickets to the Oven, Cakes & decorating and Coffee bar; goods from the shelf are handed over at the Counter.
  6. Tap "Bill", then "Pay".

Tips

  • With the Kitchen production add-on the screen is called Bake plan: plan the day's bread dough, croissant dough, fillings and syrup against a par for each weekday, and throw away what is left at closing from the Expired tab.
  • New bakeries start with this menu (Saudi prices, VAT included, converted for other countries); change prices or add goods in Products.
