Steps

  1. Tap a fuel (91, 95, 98 or diesel). Pick the pump, then By amount and type what the customer asked for (50 works out the litres), or By litres and type the litres.
  2. Write the plate number if the customer wants it on the receipt or pays on a fleet account, then tap Add. The line shows the litres, the pump and the plate.
  3. Add oil, car care, a wash or something from the shop from the other tabs, then tap Charge and take cash, card or the fleet account.

Tips

  • Any product whose unit is litres opens the pump screen; give your fuel products the unit L and the pump price with VAT.
  • With the Forecourt add-on, close each shift's meter sheet and dip the tanks each morning; the fuel dashboard compares the meters with what the POS invoiced.
