Logistics POS

For logistics companies and freight forwarders: courier, road, sea and air freight, customs clearance, warehousing and moving, each sold with the shipper, consignee, route and waybill, and a Shipments board to delivery.

Steps

  1. Pick a tab (Courier, Road, Sea, Air, Customs, Warehousing, Packing & moving) and tap the service. For quoted freight, type the price.
  2. Type the shipper, consignee, route, AWB or B/L number and weight, then tap Add.
  3. Choose the client company and "Pay", or put it on account.
  4. Open "Shipments" to move each shipment: Booked, In transit, Arrived, Delivered (or Cancelled).

Tips

  • International sea, air and cross-border freight starts at 0% VAT in VAT countries; bill it apart from local services, as one invoice carries one rate.
  • Customs clearance follows the country: FASAH in Saudi Arabia, Mirsal in Dubai, Bayan in Oman, Al Nadeeb in Qatar, OFOQ in Bahrain, ICEGATE in India.
