Steps

  1. On Oil change, tap the package and type the plate, odometer and next oil change kilometre. On Car wash and Detailing, type the plate.
  2. Scan an oil can, filter or tyre, or tap it on Engine oils, Filters & fluids or Tyres.
  3. On Tyre service, tap the fitting, alignment or rotation and type the plate, the odometer and the tyre size and DOT week fitted (for example 205/55 R16 DOT 2326).
  4. "Pay": cash, card, Apple Pay, bank transfer, Tabby or on account (fleet contracts).
  5. Open "Bays" to move each car: Waiting, In the bay, Ready, Collected (or Cancelled).

Tips

  • On the product form, Viscosity or tyre size (0W-20, 205/55 R16), Pack size or load / speed index (4 L, 91V) and Oil or tyre type (full synthetic, run-flat) take the place of class, size and material.
  • With the Vehicle fitment add-on, keep on each tyre and filter the makes, models and years it fits, and find them for a customer's car under Tyres & parts by vehicle.
  • The plate, odometer and next service print on the invoice line, so the customer knows when to come back.
