Hospital dashboard
A hospital's figures for a period: the revenue, invoices and patients billed; revenue by department; OPD and emergency visits; lab and radiology tests; surgery and maternity packages; admissions, discharges and the average length of stay; each doctor's revenue, visits and patients; and the patients in now on the Admissions board by step, with their days in.
Steps
- Pick the period at the top: a month, a range, a year or specific dates. The patients in now count every open admission whatever its date.
- Press a patient in the list to open the admission's invoice, or Open the Admissions board to move a patient on at the till.
Tips
- Amounts are as rung up on the hospital's invoices (quantity × price less the line discount). Enter the doctor on each line so the doctors table is right; visits count OPD and emergency lines.
- The length of stay runs from the admission day to the day the patient is moved to Discharged (a same-day stay counts as one day). This dashboard is only for Hospital stores.
