Counter console

Call, serve and invoice the next visitor at your counter. The token being served shows big with Recall, Hold, Transfer, No-show, Invoice and Served; the customer's record and past visits are beside it and the line this counter calls next below. Part of the Token & counter add-on.

Steps

  1. Open Token & counter → Counter console and pick your counter. The browser remembers it.
  2. Press Call next. The display board shows the number and announces it; the counter opens by itself.
  3. Not here yet? Press Recall to announce it again, or Hold while they fetch a paper, and Resume when they are back.
  4. Press Invoice to bill the service's item to the customer without typing it again, then Served. Served · call next does both in one press.
  5. Transfer sends the visitor to another service or counter and keeps their place by the time the token was taken; No-show ends a token whose visitor did not come.

Tips

  • Tokens sent to your counter come first, then the fair order: the earliest token, with priority tokens counted as taken earlier.
  • Close counter when you leave the desk; a counter serving a token cannot close until it is finished.
