Vehicle QR sticker
Give every car a QR sticker for the windscreen or door jamb. A scan with any phone opens a page with your store's name, the plate, the next service (date and km), the last oil change and the last ten oil changes, with buttons to call you or book on WhatsApp. It never shows the customer's name, phone, invoices or prices.
Steps
- On Service reminders or Appointments, press QR on a car. The card shows its QR code with the plate and your store's name.
- Press Print sticker to print it on a label printer or sticker paper, or Copy link or WhatsApp to send it to the customer.
- If a car is sold or a sticker is lost, press New link: the old sticker stops working and you print a new one.
Tips
- Each car keeps one link, made of a long random code, so nobody can guess another car's page from its plate.
- The page updates by itself after each oil change billed on the POS with the plate.
