Steps

  1. Open Fiscal receipts. Under Settings, save your cash register's details: in Uzbekistan the fiscal module number or the virtual cash register and your e-faktura operator; in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan the cash register's registration no. and fiscal module; in Mongolia the e-barimt branch no., POS no., district code and city tax.
  2. In Uzbekistan and Mongolia, give each product its code: Products, edit, then the IKPU (MXIK) code (17 digits) or the classification code (7 digits). It prints on the receipt and goes into the files.
  3. Sell as usual. Until StartERP is connected to the tax system, fiscalise each sale on your cash register (or PosAPI) too, then under Fiscal day press the receipt's number under No fiscal sign yet and type the fiscal sign, QR link and lottery no. it printed.
  4. Close each till's shift at the end of the day for its Z report, and check the day: receipts, returns, net takings and VAT, receipts with no fiscal sign, B2B documents, city tax (Mongolia), missing numbers and Z reports. Download the day's journal as CSV.
  5. For a sale to a business, type its number under Files for the tax system to download its e-faktura (upload it through Didox, Faktura.uz or my.soliq.uz), ESF details (for esf.salyk.kg, within 5 working days) or e-barimt PosAPI file.

Tips

  • An issued sale or return can't be changed or deleted: to correct one, issue a sales return against it. Payments, remarks and the fiscal record can still be added.
  • Getting live with the tax office lists what your store must register first: the STIR or INN, the cash register and, for e-invoices, an e-signature.
  • Ask StartAI to check a fiscal day: it reads the same receipts with no fiscal sign, missing numbers and Z reports.
