Steps

  1. Open Fiscal & e-invoicing and fill in your country's settings: the premises and device IDs (Slovenia), the cash register ID and certificate serial (Austria), the 17-digit cash register code (Slovakia), the tax office codes (Czechia) or the IBAN or QR-IBAN and the VAT method (Switzerland). Press Save.
  2. Sell as usual. When the tax system answers (your NAV, KSeF, FURS, signature unit or eKasa connection), pick the day under Fiscal day and type each document's codes into its row, then press Record. A code is kept once and can't be changed.
  3. Print or reprint the sale: the receipt shows the codes, and in Slovenia the FURS code and in Austria the signed code as its QR code. In Switzerland every invoice with an amount to pay prints the Swiss QR-bill.
  4. In Czechia, open the VAT return, pick one month and download the Control statement (kontrolní hlášení) XML under Files for the tax authority, then upload it on the EPO portal.

Tips

  • StartERP records the codes and prints them; it does not connect to NAV, KSeF, FURS or eKasa itself. Slovakia needs a certified cash register (ORP) or the virtual register; Austria a signature unit registered in FinanzOnline.
  • An issued sale or return can't be changed or deleted: to correct one, issue a sales return against it. Payments and remarks can still be added.
  • In Poland, type OFF for an invoice issued while KSeF was down, BFK for one outside KSeF and DI for a document that isn't an invoice: they are the JPK_V7 markers.
  • Ask StartAI which receipts of a day still have no codes: it reads the same fiscal day check.
