Steps

  1. Register your pharmacy with SFDA's RSD system first; SFDA gives it a 13-digit GLN and a portal account.
  2. Open Sales → Drug tracking and press New notice. Choose the type: Accept when stock arrives, Pharmacy sale when you dispense, Sale cancel, Return to supplier, or Deactivate (expired, damaged, recalled…).
  3. Enter your pharmacy GLN once (new notices take it from the last one), then scan the 2D barcode of each pack with the scanner in the scan box. For a whole batch without serials, type it under Type a pack or a whole batch instead. Press Save notice.
  4. On the list press Export pending: the pending notices download as one file and become Exported. Upload it on the RSD portal, then open each notice and set SFDA's answer (Accepted or Rejected, with its notification ID and message).

Tips

  • Every GTIN and GLN is checked by its check digit, and a pack scanned twice on one notice is refused.
  • Once a notice is exported its type, packs and GLNs no longer change, as they were sent; only SFDA's answer and the notes do. Fix a mistake with a new notice, for example a Sale cancel.
  • The Rejected tab lists what SFDA refused, with its message, so you can send it again correctly.
