Oil change appointments
Book oil changes, tyre jobs and washes by day, time and bay, see each day's bookings in time order and mark each car Arrived, Done, No-show or Cancelled with one tap. Two bookings in the same bay at the same time, or the same car twice in a day, are flagged as a clash. The cars due for a service with no booking are listed to book them. Part of the Next-service reminders add-on for oil change, tyre and car wash centres.
Steps
- Open Sales → Appointments and press Book. Type the plate, pick the service, day, time, length and bay, and the customer (or type a new caller's name and phone).
- Move between days with the arrows or pick a date. When the car comes in press Arrived, and Done when it leaves; No-show or Cancel when it does not come.
- Press WhatsApp to send the customer the booking with the day, time and bay. On Service reminders, press Book on a car that is due to book it straight away.
Tips
- A clash is shown, not refused, so you can still squeeze a car in; give each lift or wash bay its own name to see clashes per bay.
- StartAI reads the day's appointments and can book one for you, and StartAI Radio says how many cars are booked today and how many due cars have no booking.
