Tailoring orders due

Every stitching order taken on your tailoring POS that is not delivered yet, on one board by the day it is due: what is overdue, due today and in the next 7 days, ready for pickup, the balance still to collect and the pieces due each day. Each customer's saved measurements show on their customer page. Part of the Tailoring orders due add-on for tailors and textile shops.

Steps

  1. Take stitching orders on the tailoring POS as usual, with the pickup date and the fitting. Move each order through its stages there.
  2. Open Sales → Tailoring orders due. Pick Overdue, Due today, Due in 7 days or Ready for pickup; the chart shows the pieces due on each of the next 14 days, so you can plan the workshop.
  3. Open a customer to see the measurements the POS saved for them, on the Measurements tab.

Tips

  • An order is overdue when its due day has passed and it is not ready yet. Ready orders waiting for pickup are counted apart.
  • The balance is the order's total less what was paid; an order billed on a sale opens that sale from its number.
