Gym memberships
Every membership and personal training pack sold on the ladies' or men's gym POS, with the member, the day it started and the day it ends. The plans that ended without a renewal and the ones ending within the week come first, with the member's phone and a WhatsApp renewal reminder ready to send.
Steps
- On the gym POS, tap a membership or a PT pack, type the member's name, the start day and the end day (the trainer for PT), then take the payment.
- Open Memberships in the menu. "Due" lists the lapsed plans and the ones ending soon; "Running" the members training now; "All" every plan. Type a name, phone, plan or invoice to find one.
- Press WhatsApp to send the member the renewal reminder, then "Reminded" to mark it; press "Ended" when the member leaves.
Tips
- When the member buys a new plan of the same kind, the old one shows as renewed and drops off the due list.
- Bill the membership to the member (not walk-in) so their phone shows here. Charge a freeze with the Membership freeze fee item and type the new end day on the plan.
