Service reminders

Each vehicle's next oil change, from the plate, odometer, next km and next service date typed at the oil change, tyre & car wash POS. The cars overdue or due within 14 days come first, with the customer's phone and a WhatsApp reminder ready to send. Part of the Next-service reminders add-on for oil change, tyre and car wash centres.

Steps

  1. On the oil change, tyre & car wash POS, tap an oil change, then type the plate, the odometer, the km of the next oil change and, if you agreed one, the next service date.
  2. Open Sales → Service reminders. The cars overdue and due soon show first; press "All vehicles" to see every car, or type a plate, customer or phone.
  3. Press WhatsApp on a car to send the customer the reminder with the plate and the date, ready to edit before you send it.

Tips

  • When no next service date was typed, the date is estimated from the last oil change and "Service every" (90 days unless you pick another).
  • Plates match however they were typed (with or without spaces and dashes), so each car keeps one row with its latest oil change.
  • Bill the oil change to the customer (not walk-in) so their phone shows here.
  • Press Book on a car to book its next service on Appointments, or QR to print its vehicle QR sticker.
