Repair board
A Kanban board of workshop jobs in four columns — Open, In progress, Completed, Delivered. Drag a card to change its status.
Steps
- Drag a job card to another column to update its status.
- Or open the card’s “…” menu → “Move to” and pick any status, including Closed or Cancelled.
- Search by job, plate or customer, and filter by technician.
- Untick “Delivered: last 30 days only” to see older delivered jobs.
- Choose “Open job” from the menu for full details, or “New repair job” to add one.
Tips
- Cards are sorted by estimated delivery; overdue cards are highlighted.
- Moving a job to Cancelled returns its parts to stock; moving it back takes them again.
- Closed and cancelled jobs leave the board; find them in the list with the Status filter.
- Every move shows an “Undo” in the message.
