Steps

  1. Add products with the search box, or open the Label Center from Products (“Print labels” on selected rows), from a product (“Print label”) or from a purchase (“Print barcode labels”).
  2. Set how many labels each product needs with − / +, or press “1 each” or “Qty = stock on hand”.
  3. Under “Recommended for your business”, pick your business type and press “Apply recommended settings”.
  4. Choose a “Template” and a “Label stock”: a roll size for label printers or a sticker sheet for office printers.
  5. Choose the “Barcode type” and what to show: store name, Arabic name, price, digits under the barcode.
  6. Check the “Preview”, then press “Print … labels” for the print dialog, or “Send to label printer” for a configured label printer.

Tips

  • Opening it from a purchase fills in every received item with quantity = received quantity, ready to stick on the new stock.
  • Sheets: set “Start at label #” to skip labels already used on a part-used sheet. Rolls print one label per page at the exact size.
  • “Store name on label” can be Off, English, Arabic (عربي) or Both, at the top or bottom, with “Add branch”. Leave the text empty to use the registered store name; Arabic always prints right-to-left.
  • Not sure which barcode? Open “Which barcode should I use? Compare all types”. “Auto” uses a valid EAN-13 and otherwise prints the item code as Code 128.
  • For Zebra, TSC, Xprinter and similar printers choose ZPL II, TSPL or EPL2 and 203 / 300 dpi; the code tab shows the raw commands you can copy.
  • The currency starts as your store's own, with VAT where the country has it (for example “AED (incl. VAT)” in the UAE); in Saudi Arabia shelf prices must include VAT. Items with a wrong EAN-13 check digit are printed as Code 128 so scans still match.
