PPE certificates
The CE or UKCA certificate behind each product you sell: the EN standard it meets, the document (EU type-examination certificate, declaration of conformity, UKCA certificate or test report), its number, the notified body that issued it and its expiry date. The list shows what has expired, what expires soon and the goods with no certificate at all, so a buyer, an auditor or a tender gets it at once. Part of the PPE certificates add-on for health & safety stores.
Steps
- Open Inventory → PPE certificates and press "Add certificate". Pick the product, type the standard (for example EN ISO 20345:2022 S3) and the certificate number, choose the document, add the notified body with its four-digit number and the expiry date, and paste the link to the PDF. Save.
- The tabs list the certificates expired, expiring soon, valid and with no expiry; "Expiring soon means within" sets how far ahead to look. "Goods with no certificate" names the products still missing one: tap a name to add it.
Tips
- An EU type-examination certificate is valid for at most five years; a declaration of conformity often has no expiry, so leave the date empty.
- Ask StartAI which certificates expire this quarter or which products have none.
